We’re a fast-growing, 100% cash-based physical therapy and wellness practice located in beautiful downtown Portsmouth, NH. We specialize in helping adults over 40 stay active, mobile, and pain-free for life using a unique combination of mechanical pain treatment (McKenzie Method), Pilates-based rehab, and cutting-edge Regenerative Therapies (Shockwave & EMTT).

We empower our clients to take control of their health and avoid unnecessary procedures—delivering real, lasting results without interference from insurance companies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with 6–8 clients per day in 60-minute, one-on-one sessions
     
  • Deliver exceptional care using mechanical therapy principles (MDT)
     
  • Create personalized plans that promote independence and long-term success
     
  • Collaborate with our team to support clients throughout their wellness journey
     
  • Continuously grow your skills through weekly mentorship and team training
     
  • Attend on-site and off-site marketing and client appreciation events as needed/requested—occasionally on weekends

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in New Hampshire
     
  • Experience with or strong interest in the McKenzie Method (MDT)
     
  • Dry needling and/or Pilates experience is a plus
     
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
     
  • A team player who values accountability, learning, and contribution
     
  • Someone ready to grow with a company that offers leadership opportunities

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary: $70,000–$95,000 depending on experience and previous con-ed + $3,000 sign-on bonus
     
  • $250 monthly toward company-sponsored health insurance
