We help adults 40+ stay mobile, active, and pain-free – without relying on medications, procedures, or surgeries. We specialize in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), Pilates-based rehab, and cutting-edge regenerative therapies like Shockwave and EMTT.

This Role Is For You If:
- You have a background in healthcare, fitness, or wellness (PTA or ATC preferred – but not required)
- You’re a self-starter who loves taking ownership of your role and results

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering 30-minute Shockwave and EMTT sessions (training provided)
- Assisting PTs with select clients and treatment sessions
- Supporting 4- and 6-week small group exercise programs
- Helping ensure a seamless, exceptional experience for every client
- Participating in team events and occasional workshops (typically evenings or weekends 3–4 times/year)
- Assist with front desk tasks including scheduling, taking payments, organizing superbills, and light cleaning/organization
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a healthcare, fitness, or wellness setting
- Interest in movement science and hands-on care
- Great communicator with strong client rapport
- Accountable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Someone excited to grow with a purpose-driven business
Compensation + Benefits:
- $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
